moving out of state with physical custody

my son was taken away by c.p.s i got him back, the courts gave us joint custody and me physical custody, am i aloud to move to nevada?

You should get permission of the other parent to move or permission of the court before moving. Otherwise you could be in for a lot of problems. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
