My experience is that it is difficult to obtain a court action regarding the move. Unless you can prove that she moved to interfere with your visitation it is unlikely the court will take any real action. Generally she will have an excuse such as better housing, cheaper housing or a better school program. You should review all of the facts of your case with an attorney that is familiar with the courts in your area.
