Legal Question in Family Law in California
Mr. Anthony Roach or Matching Atty.
Thank You for your answer
In response to your answer regarding Form FL-306/JV-251 stating this form is related to a reissuance of a "Restraining Order". According to the document it is signed dated by attorney deputy clerk judge. The date shows 2008. I do not understand this. In 2003 my exhusband put out a restraining against me because I would go to his residence and request my Alimony. (2 Times!)..After that I proceeded to request a wage garnishment. Never bothered again. Now this form shows 2008.!! I have not seen or spoke to my exhusband since 2004...Court was done divorce final(2006). he remarried. Why would he submit a continuing restraining order against me when he lives in Oregon since 2004. I live in Calif. Thank You I appreciate your time and patience.

I don't have the document in front of me or the court file. I do not know where you got to the document from, but it sounds like he obtained a temporary restraining order behind your back and asked for it to be continued several times.
I agree with Mr. Roach. Typically when an individual gets a temporary restraining order they have to have it reissued do to failure of timely service. 2008 though seems a bit fishy. I would have to see the document and speak with you to be able to ascertain what has happened though.
