Legal Question in Family Law in California
Hello Again Mr, Roach and Mr. Hulshof
One more time.
Going through all my Divorce documents again! Attempting to "Fine" something related to this form. . I found the same document on myself FL-306/JV-251.
Exhusband APPLICANT dated Dec. 12, 2008..Mine shows I'm the APPLICANT dated April 07. 2008. You stated this is in relation to a "Restraining Order". I never pursued/ordered a "Restraining Order" against exhusband.
Can you please tell me what in conjunction does this form state it is a "Restraining Order where do I see that.?
On bottom of page it states Uniform Parentage Custody and support Juvenile Family Law. Nothing is entered for restraining order.
I appreciate this help and if I could retain your services I would but my finances prevent this. So I appreciate this help. Thank You

No I stated the Fl-306 is a re-issuance. A re-issuance is given if the individual was not served timely. You stated it was a restraining order. There is two types. One is a Domestic Violence Restraining Order under the Domestic Violence Protection Act. The other is a temporary order an FL-305 usually granted via Ex-Parte basis due to some concern regarding the children. Now you are stating it says a Parentage and Support claim which has nothing to do with a restraining order. A parentage claim is an FL-200 which would be followed by a summons as well. Regardless you should have copies of the paperwork which has the FL-306 with it. I would highly suggest you talk to an attorney in your area (Vacaville). No attorney is going to be able to answer your question completely without looking at all the documents.
Again, we would have to see the documents and the file to be sure and tell you what it applied to.
