mr. x has the greed

Marriage of 38 years acumulated a business, home with pool. rental property. everything is paid off. the I filed for divorce in sept of 1998.divorce is final I was awarded $2,882.in support I wanted the house but I left when he offered me $3,000. to move out and a promice to pay spousal support.I got no more money from him for apx a year. the court gave him control of the business with orders to run it till it sold An accountant was tto be given control of the books.Mr. xhad a personal friend of his reconstructing all the books.His friend has imbeseled from one co. that i know of. he is selling off assets. I found one hidden bank account of over $40,000...My own assets are being used to finance stealing them

. I have proof of him conspiring employees to commit fraud. has my civil & or legal rights been violated, I think so. can I force a change of venue? If anyone has any information that could help, it would be appreciated. If you have a question I will corrispond.
