Legal Question in Family Law in California

mutual agreement vs court order

we had a review hearing a short time back. the criminal who filled in for our family court judge made a modification of the visitation that was to distraut for our two children. ive been the primary parent for four years now, and his plan would have shaken them up as they would have been away from me and they really wouldve stressed. they are 8 and 6. so the n/c parent and i wrote up a visitation that was much smoother for them both, yet it is causing an issue though. we signed and dated our agreement and mailed all the counsels a copy. we sent oine to fcs just so they would notice this mutual agreement. well, lo and behold, the n/c parent r4ealized this lowered her percentage and now she states she did not know what she was signing. less money to pay, more stress and calls at night to come back home is the trade off. im shocked she negates to realize this existing issue. what are the ultimadums?

Re: mutual agreement vs court order

Call her and attempt to renegotait the agreement. One tatic would be to agree that the amount of visitation for child support purposes remains the same as it would under the court supervised agreement. Then agree to address the issue of visitation in 6 months, and review the possibility of increased visitation.
