Legal Question in Family Law in California

Mutual Stay Away Restraining Order

i requested DVPA & CLETS, attny refused, stated I would be protected by a Non-CLETS.Judge ordered stay away orders. Attny agreed, I fired him, now new attny states I've lost the presumption. My Ex attacked me. There is no evidence, what-so-ever that I had commited any type of violence. Is this malpratice by 1st attny or Judge? Can the stay away order be changed?

Re: Mutual Stay Away Restraining Order

if you were attacked after the order, then file a DV action and get a CLETS order. If the first order didn't stop the attack the second one probably wont, but it will help with child custody/visitation order.
