Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex n I are legally seprecated still proceeding divorce since 2009.

He forged my name on 3 checks n cashed them in 2008.

Can I press charges against him (to amount of over $18000)

Plz let me know

It was in 2008. Let it go. You don't press charges the DA does? I think you are outside the statute of limitations
