Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am in the Navy and currently stationed in Gulfport MS. my EX- wife left MS. while I was on deployment and filed for divorce in Ca. and took the kids. My divorce status was finalized and she remarried an E-9 in the USMC within 2 months of our statys change. and moved to Jacksonville, NC. with my children without my permission. Do I as the father of my children have any rights?

Yes, but you are about six steps behind in enforcing them, and without any information about what was ordered about the kids in the Calfiornia divorce proceeding, there really is nothing we can tell you about what you can do.
