Legal Question in Family Law in California

The NCP is claiming he only makes $12,000 a year. But I want the judge to order a ability to pay order. Otherwise she stated she would order him to pay only $100.

You have the burden to show that the other parent is underemployed and could make more money. Best to hire an experienced family law attorney and a vocational evaluator to properly prove this point.
