Can Someone Help Me?

I needed to know if there was anyone out there who would be willing to help me with a child support issue without needing a $2500 retainer. Maybe someone who would take some kind of payments or something. I have been dealing with this support issue since last January and it has put a large strain on myself and my 3 children for whom I need the support. Please let me know if there is someone who can help in some way. Thank you all.
