negative test on mother and baby
i gave birth to a baby on aug.4th and on aug.5th they placed my baby into a foster home because of a positive drug test in july that had came back positive for marijuana, but then at the hospital when i gave birth they said that mine and the babys test both came back negitave. The only thing that did come back positive was vicodin. Do you think that they actually had the right to take my baby and place her in a foster home?

Vicodin and marijuana should not be used during pregnancy unless your doctor prescribes them. I think you will have to demonstrate that you are going to be drug free if you want to get your child back. That means getting honest about why your tests were positive.
