Legal Question in Family Law in California

My nephew's exwife is on unemployment. She is currently living with her Domestic Partner who is paying all the living expenses (so she noted on the I and E. My nephew has a new wife of 5 years now and between them 4 children. My question is... On child support can the Judge take his exwife's partner's income into consideration re: her income when deciding support. Right now , my nephew has 59 and she has 41 % time.

No. For child support the only things considered in most cases are each parents' income or imputed income if they live off assets, SOME deductions, and custodial time. In spousal support cases, expenses and other sources of payment for expenses come into play, but not in child support.
