Go to court to establish paternity and to establish custody and visitation orders.
I would suggest doing something quick, rather than sitting on it, because the more time that passes, the less your rights matter. I would hire an attorney to go to Court to set up a visitation schedule so that you don't have to interact with mom or her parents. It doesn't sound like there is a restraining order in place against your daughter if you have visitation, so there is some confusion there. Right now it is critical to get your case on the right path so that you can work toward more time with your children. Especially if this restraining order is retaliatory in nature, you don't want her gaining any more advantage than she already has. Good luck.
