Legal Question in Family Law in California

Newborn In Hostile Home

Hi. I have a 2mth old, I have had enough with her father, we arent married. He doesnt do anything for the baby, I have no family in my current state. I am leaving to go where they are. His parents are shady and i'm sure they will attempt a custody case, to keep him from paying child support. What are some things I need to consider? Also I have no custody case pending, he doesnt know i'm leaving the state, i'm afraid that he will react in a crazy way if he knew, so I dont plan on telling him that i'm leaving so can the court make me come back? Please help, i'm reading up on the law but I need those specific answers. Thanks

There are no specific answers. The result of these cases depends upon the facts of each case, and how that information is presented to the court.
