had a one night stand and the months seemed right between me and the girls so I stepped up sign the birth certificate tried to be there for the boy but the mom wouldn't let him come to my house because I have a girlfriend so I went to the courthouse and I filed and we went to mediation we came to an agreement and now I found out he's not mine so how do I go about to get my name off his birth certificate and everything

Normally you have until the child is two years old to dispute. If the child is over two years old you will be responsible financially. If the child is younger you could file a motion but you are going to run into several issues. You have held the child out as your own and the time period regarding a motion to set aside the paternity may have passed. You need to contact an attorney in your area who can be much more specific.
