non contested divorce

After 1 1/2 year marriage, dovorce petition was filed. While waiting for 6 months waiting period, She sent me an e-mail of non-contest, no community property claim. I forwarded it to my attorney. Meanwhile, about 5 months of separation, she moved back in. Then another one year, she moved out. Meanwhile, the petition of dissolution was never withdrawed. Now she is contesting and claiming for community property.
