Legal Question in Family Law in California
non custodial would like info on changing custody
I am a non custodial parent that just recently left CA to another state with my wife and daughter. I have a 10 year old son out of wed lock. We currently have joint custody and she also has physical custody. However my son and his mother have recently moved in with her new boyfriend and I have seen an extreme case of change. Meaning confidence is down, his mother alienates him, says racial things not considering he is half of another ethnicity, her boyfriend curses at him and gets him in trouble with his mother, he is not performing at his grade level, and his mother leaves him during the week and weekend with her friends. And I see his personality with his mother is totally different than with me.When he is with me he feels confident, secure and loves being and never wanting to go home. He also tells me that he wants to live with me but cant because his mom said he cant because boys are suppose to saty with there moms. I feel this can be a long term issue(mental),I was considering a child psych, but feel the court system is bias and I see a better environment for him with my family and myself. I am financially secured, we live in a clean family environment & community and the school is great and supportive. How can I make a case
