Legal Question in Family Law in California

non custodial parent help on out of state issues

my 7 year old son was moved out of state w/ his dad

and i get visits in the summer and 1 week for school

holidays. 1 he wont send him every other visit unless i

pay 2 i pay child support , buy my son new cloths every

time he is hear i cannot afford a plane ticket 3 when he

is there i call my son all the time and for some weird

reason he is the only person i know that never answets

his cell and it takes weeks to get a phone call back

from my son w/ none of my messages relayed last but

not least my son has two brothers he loves and wants

to grow up w/he doesnt want to be w/his dad what can i

do any suggestions i definantly cannot afford an attorny

and desperatly need advice to get my son back from the

person who is doing this just to get back at me ... he left

the city once he found out i was pregnant ( i was 15 he

was 21) after i became of age he found me and some

how got custody of my son when he was 4 and moved

him out of state when he was 5 PLEASE HELP
