non married property settlement

My girl friend and I are splitting up. I bought a house while we were together. It�s in my name only and I pay all the bills for the house. We always had separate accounts. I pay my bills and she pays hers. Does she have any rights to the house?

From the facts that you have given she would have no interest in the house. If there were other agreements between the two of you there may be a different answer. Pat McCrary
