Legal Question in Family Law in California

non proof or service ?

someone please help.... i'm using the court online service and i'm trying to understand what this means...i'm going through a messy divorce and child custody battle with my ex wife... looks like i have a court date on 4/17/08 (which i just became aware of thru this online service) and it says the hearing is re: non proof of service on dissolution with children... What is going on?

Did you file the divorce? did you serve your wife? If you did you need to file proof of service?
