Legal Question in Family Law in California

Non Spousal Abuse Restraining Order

I am currently in the middle of a divorce. My husband moved out 8 months ago and agreed that I should keep the apartment and that he would not come over when I am not here. However, he will not give me back the keys and just recently broke into the apartment via one of the windows while I was not there. My question is this. If he is still on the lease, can I get a restraining order saying he cannot come in?
