Legal Question in Family Law in California

non-custodial parent interference

my daughter was taken by my ex and he did not follow any of the laws that fall under prodical of penal code278 or 278.5 . the new judge hearing the case was following the lead of my ex's high priced lawyer. even though I did bring it up at court that he did not give her back and registered her into school in bluelake ca. over 350 mi away without my knowledge. please understand that when all this happened I had a court order giving me sole physical custody. on nothing more than him stating some false concerns that were never proven he was given custody of my daughter. now he is in jail for attempted murder and mayhem for beating up his girlfriend with a 3 foot long pipe (she was in a coma for several weeks however he is still in jail) this all happen on his parents property where they all live and his father could of assisted his girlfriend but he went inside and locked the doors. now Those same parents (my daughter grand parents) are fighting me for custody PLEASE HELP ME
