Legal Question in Family Law in California

Non-Custodial Parent Moved Out of State

My ex husband & I have joint legal usdy of our 3 boys. He moved to Oregon the other day and expects me to pu them on a plane for the summer. Our court order states the boys are not leave the state without both parents consent. They are young and I don't feel comfortable sending them on a plane alone nor can I afford to fly them to and from. What should I do?

If you cannot reach an agreement to modify the court order, he'll have to file an OSC regarding modification of the visitation order. For now, you should "literally" follow the court orders.
