Legal Question in Family Law in California
Non-Custodial Parent's Visitation Rights
Custodial parent refuses to comply with court order to provide reasonable visitation. Short of asking the Court to enforce an contempt order, can I file a Tort to seek damages?

Your remedy is with the family court, which will act to enforce the order, so pursue that avenue.
