Can notarized document prevent future child support?

If an unwed mother signs a document saying that she does not want any future child support for a child born out of wedlock, will that document stand up if the mother has a change of heart at a later date and then decides she wants child support(assuming the wording of the document is adequate)?

The child support basically belongs to the child - mom cannot sign it away.
