notarized letter

me and the undetermined father of my soon to be born child have came to an agreement that he will have nothing to do with my baby and i will not try to open a child support case against him not will i try to determine paternity from him, he will has agreed that he will not try to gain custody control in the future, is a notarized letter stating this enough?

Your agreement is against public policy and is not valid, even if signed by a judge. That doesn't prevent the two of you abiding by the agreement, it is just not enforceable if one of you changes their mind. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
