The notice of entry of judgment is a notice that the judgment has been entered. The date that the marital status terminates can be set out further at which date the marital status shall be terminated. If you are considering reconciling, then you should speak with an attorny or family law facilitator to sign an agreement that you two wish to reconcile prior to the termination date of the status. You could then set aside the judgment or weigh the various options available to you to reconcile your marriage.

For self represented individuals you can consult with the family law facilitator self help center at your local court house.

As always please consult a local attorney prior to taking legal action. Good luck. Also please check out my Santa Clara County Family Lawyer blog.
