in a notice of entry of judgement what does non pro tunc mean?

"Now for then." It means the judgment is effective on the date stated in the judgment, rather than the date it was actually entered.

Mr. McCormick is correct. It literally means it is entered now for then. The judgement is entered now, but effective for the earlier date.
