Notified of hearing

In a family law case, can an attorney leave a voicemail stating ''See you in court tomorrow'' on your cell phone? They did this, showed up in court and stated that my daughter was notified and the judge reversed the temporary custody from my daughter and took her baby off the restraining order against the father of the baby.

That does not appear to be adequate notice. She should take the documents and consult with an attorney.
