Legal Question in Family Law in California

Nullity ~Timeframes

I filed a nullity, and think I should've filed for a divorce instead, because; statutory limitations. How do I reverse the process, or file for a divorce while I have filed for nullity in CA?

File an amended petition in the same case asking for a dissolution. There should be no cost for an amended petition. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
