Nunc Pro Tunc

Discovered after 20 yrs married, papers declaring ''final decree of divorce'' dated five years ago in papers while he was in hospital. He dies recently and further discovered 1st wife filed forged divorce papers giving her control of all assets. Told to file for Nunc Pro Tunc - file criminal complaint with sheriff for fraud. Which needs to be done first? how much should this filing of papers cost? Which court are they filed in?
