Obligations to Pay child support

IF a Woman is pregnant, with no intention on the Fathers part to Marry her. Can he still be held for child support if all other requirements have been met, if she suses Her last name fot the baby. Or does she have to name the baby after him?

She can still get support even if the baby doesnt use the fathers name.
