How to obtain immediate child support and alimony before divorse?

Your request would not be immediate, but it can be retroactive to the date you file your motion for child and spousal support. This motion can be filed the same time you file your petition for divorce.

Ms. Kock is right. I would add that even though you cannot get "immediate" support, you can get it fairly quickly. The courts are used to hearing motions for temporary support on an expedited basis. They don't want parents and children having to live in a bad situation just because they have to wait for a regularly scheduled hearing. Contact a local attorney for help filing the divorce papers with an ex parte motion to have an expedited support hearing.
