Legal Question in Family Law in California

How do I obtain a copy of a CPS report filed against me in Los Angeles County. The report came back as "UNFOUNDED" but need to find out who filed it to prove they did it maliciously since this is the second time it has been done.

I hired an attorney but she could not get CPS to return it or her phone calls.

I hope you did not pay that attorney, because you are wasting your time. CPS reports and the information that they contain are confidential.
