Legal Question in Family Law in California

obtain copy of paper filed with d.a.

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to obtain a copy of a paper that was filed a few years back with the d.a.? The caseworker at the D.A.'s office has said she would send a copy (this was over a month ago), is there any way I can get a copy without going through her?

Yes you can get a certified copy, if the paper had been filed in the court. Apply to the court concerned in this reagrd.
