can i obtain incriminating medical records for my spouse to be used against her in divorce court? what is the right process? i live in california. thanks!

You can subpoena medical records, but you will flag an objection and/or a motion for a protective order based on privacy. The burden will then be on you to show that they contain information that would be relevant and necessary to your case. I'm trying to think what could be in medical records that would be relevant to a divorce case, unless she was claiming reimbursement or support based on medical expenses that the records would show were never incurred.
