Obtaining atty fees from deranged ex-husband

I have been div. for 3 yrs now. Have jt leg cust. I moved away from my narcissistic ex to escape his deranged manip. & control. When he knew I was down on my luck finding a new job (& before I was seriously dating my fiance) he imposed supervised visits with our two kids for one year, for no GOOD reason. Now I am doing great, getting married & finan. secure, & am fighting back as I have NEVER given up on my kids. He's now stating that I only saw my kids for an avg. once per mo. Basically using the bogus super. visits HE imposed against me. Supr. Visits stip lapsed & I now see my kids every other w/e & it has been GREAT. We had signed a mediat. agreem. stating that our kids could come to my home every other w/e beg. next year & he has now reneged. We are at a pre trial settl. conf. juncture yet I don't trust him, nor do I think we will be able to settle anything at this pt. He has stretched this out forever making up false alleg. from c.s. arrears, to harassment, to you name it. My question is if this goes to trial can I seek atty fees since he reneged on the agreem? He has yet to disclose his full tax return on his i&e, he has 2 cars, tot val $120K & our son's teeth are rotting out. Can I take him to dentist w/o ex's perm? THX!
