obtaining full custody

how do obtain full custody of my daughter.when i have no current address for her father?and i do not know any information on family members that i could get the inforamtion from? i live in san bernardino county and believe he is in kern county or la county.so how do i go about it

you would have to serve him by mail, personal service or perhaps by publication. The District attorney's office may be able to assist you in finding her.
