Obtaining Information
My husband works for a large corporation. and lives offshore(asia). I am entitled to 1/2 of all gross bonuses;I have a judgement. However, I would like to know how can I get him to truthfully disclose his assets.

if you can email me more about your husband's corporation he works for, i.e. the name of the company, where all they have offices, i.e the US, asia, etc..i may be able to provide you with additional legal assistance in obtaining the information you request and getting your judgment properly executed against your husband's assets.

You can subpoena the information. If the judgment says you are to get 1/2 of all future bonuses, you might consider serving the corporation with an order directing them to send you your share directly.
This may not prevent shenanigans. For example, the company could give him no bonus but instead pay all of his living expenses or give him stock or stock options.
