My ex wants to see offer letter from new job

Hi there,

My question is i got laid off from old job (which was taking child support out of my paycheck) and getting a new job. My ex husband wants to see my offer letter from my new company. I pay child support to him still. Does he have the right to see this offer letter?

There are legal ways in which he can see a copy of the offer letter. It does take a formal request to legally require you to provide him with a copy. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
