Online divorce

Is an online divorce (all parties agreeing with everything) legal in California?

I'm not sure what you mean by "online divorce". Any form of divorce is going to require your original signature on several forms and those forms need to be filed with the family court. If "all parties agree", it is certainly possible to receive your Judgment of divorce without going to court yourself.
