Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have an open case with the department of children and family services in California.

The Childs father and the accused mother reside together currently but the father now wants to gain full custody and move out of the home. Is it possible for him to gain full custody if the mother agrees or does the court retain jurisdiction?

The court has jurisdiction if there is an open case before the case. By parties' agreement, anything is possible. So, if mother is agreeable then the father can have custody. It will also affect the amount of child support as well.
