Legal Question in Family Law in California

Opposite-Sex Siblings sharing a bedroom?

My daughter (4 yr) shares a bedroom with her father's girlfriend's son (17 mo) when she visits him. My question is if there is any potential legal problem with this arrangement. At what age does the law state this is inappropriate, or is it even addressed? Also, is there anything concerning same-sex siblings?

Thanks!

I don't think this would be a big deal at their current ages. When the kids start to notice their differences is when it's a good idea for them to have their own room.
