Legal Question in Family Law in California

What are my options if I made a small mistake on my FL-100 petition for annulment? I put down a marriage date of May 31st instead of May 30th. The forms were already filed and then served to spouse. Spouse noticed the mistake.

If she hasn't responded yet, you can file a first amended petition, correcting the date. Or ask the judge to interlineate and make a change at the first hearing you have.
