order to show cuase

i have a court date set for august 9, 2004 i want to file an order to show cause to cahnge custody and visitation order but im past the 2o days prior to court date is thier any way i can still file?

You can still file the motion, but it will not be heard on August 9 and there is no requirement that they must be heard at the same time. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
