Need Order to Sue Third party in Disso

I am in a disso. The property (condo) was ordered to me for my exclusove use and possession but is in my husband's name, by fraud. He can't be located & His atty. has filed motion to withdraw. I have problems with HOA for damage & repairs. They will not recognize me because I'm not on title. Want to go in ex parte to ask the judge for ??? I want to have the power to sue the HOA. Statute of limitations are running out. What do I ask the court for? Thank You so much. Please help ASAP

You need an order giving you exclusive use, possessino and control of the condo. You do not need to wait for that order to bring your action against the homeowners association. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
