Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex was ordered by the court to return certain items to me. He refuses to do so. How can I get my belongings back?

He also has claimed that he has no income. He is the president of gofastparts.com (and the owner). He has also purchased a home in his sister's name. I am paying him money each month as ordered by the court based on his claim of no income. I know he is making more than I am, and the payments each month are draining me. How can I prove he has income (he does not pay taxes) and get a court order to help me reduce or remove my payments to him?

To get the court ordered belongings, file an enforcement motion seeking sanctions and attorney fees. To establish his income, it's best to hire a skilled family law attorney who can work with a forensic CPA to prove what your ex has as income available for support.
