Legal Question in Family Law in California

I'm ordered to pay child support and 50% of child care (for work or reasonable work related training). My child's mother is attending school to become a Teacher. She is now Student Teaching but has yet to receive her degree. Is this work related training or educational training? She's also been a student for 9 years now. She has now submitted bills for Child Care, am I required to pay for child care if she's Student Teaching?
