Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have been ordered to pay temporary spousal support. I was married for 5 years. The question that I have is how long is temporary ?

Temporary support last until the judge terminates the order or modifes the order. Generally, spoual support for a five year marriage would last half of the length of the marriage.
